  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the firm.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and other relevant events.
  • Communicate operational performance and strategic initiatives to the board of directors and investors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 9+ years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in a senior role within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or similar financial institution.
  • Deep understanding of systematic trading, quantitative strategies, and algorithmic trading.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
  • Proficiency in trading technologies, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the trading industry.
