Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all engineering functions within the Molding department, including Process Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving world-class manufacturing standards, focusing on Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering Excellence, and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Leverage Problem Solving, Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies to foster a culture of Operational Excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the New Product Development team to launch new products and integrate innovative manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate all Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding from directors to engineers to operators.
  • Convert and document performance improvements into financial metrics that support corporate objectives.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering Management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in understanding departmental P&L.
