Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, testing, and execution of programming and electrical control systems within various facilities.
  • Manage projects associated with electrical infrastructure, diagnose programming challenges, and offer training to fellow technicians.
  • Ensure the systematic organization and upkeep of print libraries and machinery backups.

Key Duties:

  • Direct electrical system project management efforts.
  • Execute troubleshooting for electrical and programming complications.
  • Deliver training sessions for technicians on electrical systems and programming techniques.
  • Supervise inventory management and maintenance of print libraries and machinery backups.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servos, and troubleshooting for both high and low voltage.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and modifying Electrical/PLC-GUI Programming/Controls.
  • Capability to utilize a laptop for PLC troubleshooting and guiding Maintenance Technicians in resolving machine-related issues.
  • Proficient in addressing various equipment challenges, such as scale, x-ray, and checkweigher malfunctions.
  • Experience in adjusting PLC programs and tuning settings, with a foundational understanding of PID loops.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD for developing electrical schematic one-line drawings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • NFPA 70E Arc Flash safety certification is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
