Job Summary:

This resource will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Now.

This person ideally will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the security and efficiency of our IAM processes.


Key Responsibilities:

SailPoint Implementation and Management:

  • Design and implement SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Manage and maintain the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.


Identity and Access Management:

  • Support the enforcement of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of access reviews & audits to ensure security policies compliance.
  • Manage role based access control (RBAC) and attribute based access control (ABAC) models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM related issues and incidents.


Collaboration and Support:

  • Work with client IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Sail Point related matters.
  • Support the development of training and documentation for end users and administrators.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint Identity Now.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Bean Shell, XML, PowerShell).
  • Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), database management, transforms, SailPoint API, out of the box connectors, integration with ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
