RESPONSIBILITIES

● Coupling energy and eagerness with attention to detail, the CSR will manage incoming customer

calls, and emails to provide critical support and drive sales opportunities.

● Make outbound sales calls, driving sales opportunities.

● Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close incoming sales opportunities.

● Create opportunities to upsell in every customer conversation.

● Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

● Enter customer information, leads, and orders into HEXA's CRM system.

● Oversee customer orders until completion.

● Support the Outside Sales team by closing open quotes & resolving customer issues.

● Participate in product training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge to better

present solutions to our customers.

● Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.


REQUIREMENTS

● High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

● Must complete pre-employment testing

● Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications

● Professional presentation and communication skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Analytical and problem-solving skills

● Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed goals

● Customer service experience is a plus

● Inside sales or outside B2B sales experience is a plus

● Sales experience in industrial markets or related fields is a plus

● The ability to speak Spanish is a plus


WORKING CONDITIONS

● Office setting

● Full-time / In-person

● Occasional involvement in trade shows or customer events.
