We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer who will play a critical role in executing strategic initiatives as part of a world-class advanced analytics team. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and leveraging big data to drive top-line growth and operational efficiencies. The team is part of the Information Solutions organization, reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer and working closely with the SVP of Corporate Strategy and the company’s C-Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide a team of 10-15 technical professionals, providing leadership across various technologies including SAP, SAP HANA, Oracle PL/SQL, and AWS services such as EMR and Redshift.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and executives to deliver data-driven solutions for strategic business needs.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Work across multiple data platforms and tools to optimize and streamline data processes.


We Value:

  • AWS Certification.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP systems, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and business domains like supply chain, pricing, and sales & marketing.
  • Familiarity with Talend, SAP Data Services, or other ETL tools.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with SAP, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS services, and ETL tools.
  • Expertise in managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in data modeling, data integration, and analytics within the manufacturing domain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work with C-suite executives.



Location: United States (Remote); Harrisburg, PA


Travel Required: 15-20% unless specifically asked to be onsite at client location.


Contract: 3 Months (Possibility of extension)
