Responsibilities:

  • Effectively respond to customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Process orders and transactions within the sales and shipping management system
  • Accurately record customer information such as type of equipment used at customer sites
  • Maintain customer information files for national and international sale orders
  • Cold call potential customers to secure new sales


MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB

  • 3-5 years or more as a Customer Service Representative with a manufacturing company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office suite, JD Edwards or comparable ERP System
  • Ability to quickly learn about company's product and services and able to explain to customers


Location: Woodland, CA

Duration: Contract, 6+ months

Hourly Rate: $25 - $30
