About the Role:

We are seeking both senior and intermediate Project Professionals to join a growing healthcare practice studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in healthcare design to contribute to meaningful projects and advance their careers within a dynamic design firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys of existing healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with NYS building codes and FGI Guidelines for Hospital and Outpatient Facility requirements.
  • Assist in code research to ensure all projects meet relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Produce comprehensive architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the project team, including clients and consultants, to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality drawings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion at various stages of development.


Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience in HEALTHCARE design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
