Our client is a rapidly growing wholesaler in the toy industry. They have a very lucrative opportunity for an ambitious, growth minded Sales Rep to maximize relationships with existing and new accounts in the retail industry.


They are seeking an outgoing, sales driven National Account Rep to develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts. Based in North Andover, this position would require occasional travel and would require working on-site during non-travel periods.


Base salary of $60- $70k. Total compensation with commissions in the 130k+ range.


The Job

Partner with local and national retailers, create new accounts, increase volume from existing accounts and build your own customer base. Taking ownership of your accounts to build relationships first and then deliver and exceed our customers’ expectations. Work in partnership with our team of purchasers and creative designers to create innovative products to bring to market. Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and detailed assessments of the factors influencing sales. Domestic and international travel may be required.


What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is preferred, with 3+ years sales experience and able to demonstrate outstanding performance, preferably in the toy industry and / or with local and national retailers. Excellent sales and negotiation skills that can drive the business forward. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a team mentality, as well as good analytical skills, attentive to details, and being good with numbers. This is a fast-paced, growing company so you must be willing to go above and beyond to reach our goals.
