General Purpose

The Clinical Pharmacy Liaison is responsible for providing outstanding pharmaceutical care to our patients through telemedicine channels.


Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with both patients and providers regarding order submission and order inquiries to ensure appropriate care is provided.
  • Offer clear and concise explanations of prescribed medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide information to enhance medication adherence and overall health outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting interactions, recommendations, and any relevant information.


Education and Experience

  • RPh or Pharm D degree.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of Florida.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse customer group.

Product or industry-specific experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
