Position Overview:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather, analyze, and define technical requirements for data integration and ETL initiatives.
  • Create detailed user stories and requirements to facilitate agile development processes.
  • Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage and execute projects efficiently.
  • Use Jira for tracking progress, managing issues, and planning sprints.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data integration problems.
  • Regularly review system performance and offer recommendations for improvements.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and new technologies in data integration and ETL.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated experience with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Skilled in utilizing Scrum, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in crafting user stories and outlining technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies like Informatica, Talend, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
