The Data Analyst at Reimagine Care will be responsible for conducting mission-critical data analysis and reporting as we seek to effectively generate and communicate insights from our data. This role will be instrumental in helping to tell the story of Reimagine Care’s impact on patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders as we transform the cancer treatment experience. The Data Analyst will focus on data integration, manipulation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, precision, and transparency in analytical deliverables. This role will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, Partner Experience, and Growth. The Data Analyst will also be client-facing to deliver reports, help explain data, and answer data-related questions. The Data Analyst will leverage their creativity and expertise in visualizing data, distilling the most impactful information for the right audience, and helping generate clinical and product-focused insights.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: The Data Analyst will analyze complex datasets to measure KPIs in multiple areas, including patient engagement, experience/satisfaction, clinical outcomes, financial and efficiency savings, and more, to drive actionable insights and impactful solutions. The Data Analyst will prepare and present both scheduled and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, rigor, and speed.
  • Data Visualization: The Data Analyst will leverage Tableau to develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards that visualize data trends and patterns for external and client audiences.
  • Data Management: The Data Analyst will integrate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure integrity and reliability in Reimagine Care’s analytics and reporting work. The Data Analyst will implement data quality controls and processes to maintain high data accuracy standards from diverse sources.
  • Documentation: The Data Analyst will maintain clear and consistent documentation of the processes and methodologies used in Reimagine Care’s data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. This includes creating and updating detailed records of data sources, data cleaning procedures, analytical methods, and reporting formats to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and accuracy in the business's data operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Data Analyst will build effective partnerships and work closely with multiple Reimagine Care teams to deliver needed data insights promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: The Data Analyst will stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting. The Analyst will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance Reimagine Care’s data analysis efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization within the healthcare industry; oncology space preferred.
  • Tableau experience required.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Background in healthcare data and familiarity with healthcare industry standards & regulations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Innovative, problem-solver mindset with careful attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a start-up/growth stage company preferred.
