Nano bubbles are 2,500 times smaller than a grain of salt and have properties that allow them to supersaturate water with oxygen, form natural oxidants for disinfection, and increase water’s ability to permeate soil, rock, and even clothes in a washing machine. Our technology has been validated by extensive research, and we currently have over 2,500 installations in more than 50 countries.


Typical Responsibilities:

·        Moleaer is looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop learning programs and educational content for our sellers, to help them increase their knowledge about our technology and its applications.

·        This role will partner closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) in our products team to produce materials and job aids that are dynamic, engaging and scalable.

·        Become an expert in Moleaer’s products and their application in agriculture & horticulture, aquaculture, food & beverage, lakes and ponds, oil & gas, and wastewater.

·        Partner with subject matter experts to design training modules and content based upon business needs.

·        Implement and measure training completion and impact to the learners, pipeline quality and other sales effectiveness metrics.

·        Create a comprehensive sales onboarding journey for new sellers and channel partners.

·        Analyze, refine and advise on improvements to existing training materials.

·        Act as a key stakeholder in the administration of content within Moleaer’s learning systems.

·        Stay current on best practices, trends and technology in learning experience design.

·        Other related duties, as assigned.


Required Skills:

·        3-5 years’ experience in an Instructional Design/Content Creation role preferably working with sales function in a business-to-business environment.

·        Demonstrate learner and subject matter expert (SME) empathy, using listening and questioning abilities to identify the learning needs. 

·        

Utilize performance consulting skills to determine measurable learning and application of learning objectives.

·        Expert knowledge of instructional design theory and approaches

·        Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment.

·        Experience with design and e-learning platforms (ie. Articulate, Rise 360)

·        Proven experience using metrics to define measurable business results through learning.


Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors: Science, Business, English, Psychology, Economics preferred.
  • Certificate or advanced degree in Instructional or Learning Experience design preferred.
