Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, your industry expertise, design capabilities, and exceptional writing skills will help us secure valuable contracts.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside SME's to design, develop and present persuasive and comprehensive proposals, ensuring full compliance with RFQ/ RFP requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our construction services and projects.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing in the AEC fields, familiar with construction terminology.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., InDesign, Adobe, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Publisher)
