We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team down in Jacksonville, Florida


Our client is a reputable, leading architecture firm, working on a variety of exciting projects throughout the Jacksonville area They are rapidly growing and looking to expand their awesome team


As Marketing Coordinator, this role will involve creating compelling proposals, managing the firm's social media presence, and executing marketing strategies that align with the growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.


** Entry level candidates with Marketing degrees, backgrounds, and/or experience (including internships throughout school) are encouraged to apply **


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue key projects at local and regional levels.
  • Work with technical staff to develop and present compelling proposals for architectural design pursuits, adhering to specific criteria and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives, enhancing corporate branding and industry recognition.
  • Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram, to promote our projects and engage with our audience.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, promotional items, and event collateral using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and occasional events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging as needed.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and achieve multi-disciplinary objectives.
  • Adhere to brand standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience within marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design and architecture.
