  • The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to mature our A&R Field Teams.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc.) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel.
  • Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams.
  • Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently.
  • Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience working in Microsoft products (especially excel and PowerPoint).
  • Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team.


Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Preferable education is college graduate.
