Location: Rock Hill, SC

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM (Sundays & Mondays off)

Compensation: Salary + Bonus


Position Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced, proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a townhome community in Rock Hill, SC. This position involves maintaining the quality of the property, managing resident relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests to foster positive relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion of tasks.
  • Enforce property rules, regulations, and policies to maintain community standards.
  • Manage leasing activities, including renewals, rent collection, and tenant screening.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, property inspections, and lease agreements.
  • Ensure property is compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the homeowners association (HOA) and attend meetings as required.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and controlling costs.
  • Address emergency issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in residential communities.
  • Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant local laws, leasing procedures, and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and managing expenses.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
