Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software


Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge of TXDoc, Clio or similar software, Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency.
  • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery experience.
  • Texas Bar license AND family law experience, for at least 2 years or more
  • Research and writing skills
  • Interest in conducting hearings and being in the courtroom
  • Interest in Mediation
  • Interest in Consults
  • Client service focus
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Highly organized
