  • This involves promptly and effectively responding to customer needs, assessing individual customer Care requirements, maintaining relationships, and building new ones.
  • The job also requires acting as a liaison between customers and various Customer Care teams, organizing on-site interventions and coordinating equipment health assessments.
  • Additionally, this role involves managing customer database updates, coordinating warranty claims, identifying training needs, and providing overall customer support.


About you


Qualifications for this role include in-depth mechanical knowledge, quality and safety awareness, knowledge of Customer Care/After Sales processes, customer relationship management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.


A diploma or degree in Engineering is preferred, along with at least 4-5 years of experience in customer support, including on-site experience.
