Position Summary:

·      Coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of hospital, agency, GPO, IDN, FSS and pricing

agreements as required in coordination with Sales Leaders and Legal staff.   

·      Calculate and maintain commissions for all sales levels and agencies (1099s).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance for all sales related

contracts.

·     Coordinate with different Surgenex departments to ensure contract compliance.

·     Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.

·     Develop and coordinate the implementation of new procedures for contracting.

·     Write commissions plans.

·     Manage all Sales commissions and route commission reports ensuring all are paid according to approved

commission plans.

·      Provide key reporting and analysis over commissions that will assist management in making key decisions

for sales growth.

·      Proactively identify reasonable solutions for commission tools and processes in an effort to drive efficiency,

standardization and innovative ideas that will further enhance the commission process, administration and

reporting.

·      Ensure audit controls are in place and the integrity of commissions payments are maintained according to

company and department regulations, policies, procedures and governance over commission processing.

·      Document, write, update, and maintain all governance and control documents for commission

administration.

·      Maintains confidentiality on matters relating to payroll commissions and performance.


Competencies

·      Advanced Excel skills

·      Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writings.

·      Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.


Travel

·      This position may require some travel.


Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus five (5) years experience in the preparation, administration and monitoring of contracts, including GPO, IDN and FSS contracts. Advanced Excel skills.
