We are seeking a new Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our team, specifically someone with Environmental and/or Construction Litigation. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing Boston, MA practice.


What You Will Do:


Defend a Variety of Insurance Defense matters as well as:


  • General Liability
  • Personal Injury
  • Product Liability
  • Professional Liability


What You Will Bring:


Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:


  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree
  • Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation.
  • Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
  • The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred.


Required Education & Licensure:


  • Active Massachusetts License (Required).
  • Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D. Required).
  • Active Connecticut Bar Licensure, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Required).
