Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhance account profitability
  • Serve as the primary liaison between company and clients, managing all aspects of the contractual relationship
  • Coordinate with Operations Team for smooth implementation of print technology and support services
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Recommend operational enhancements to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness


Client Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Background in Managed Print Services is highly desirable
  • Experience in project management, preferably within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Customer service background in Technology/Managed Print Support is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to cultivate and fortify relationships with customers, including executives
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and internal demands
  • High energy levels and a proactive approach to task management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
