We are seeking an Associate to join our team and play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity while working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, fixed income, alternatives, and macroeconomic trends to inform investment decisions.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, 3 statements, comps, precedent transactions) to evaluate potential investments.
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance attribution, and risk analysis.
  • Investment Recommendations: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and clients.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Support client meetings and presentations, providing updates on portfolio performance and market outlook.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, private equity, or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial platforms.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
  • Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
