Position Details:


  • No Cold-Calling, No Sales Calls, No Prospecting, and No Travel is required.
  • Commissions - Within two years qualified candidates can expect to average $250,000 dollars per year, with an unlimited ceiling depending on the candidate's ability to educate consumers and apply Phil J. Cannella III's trade secrets. 
  • Fully Client-Facing.
  • Full Operations and Marketing team to support you with servicing new and current clients.


Position Requirements:


  • Must be fully licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Professional in PA, NJ, and DE.
  • Must be willing to learn the ins and outs of The Proprietary Crash Proof Retirement® System (TRAINING PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY FOUNDER).
  • Availability to meet with clients from 8a – 6p Monday-Saturday.
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to complete applications independently and submit them to the Processing Department.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Unwavering commitment to compliance and consumer advocacy.
  • Good references and a strong work ethic.
