THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design portfolio, experience in branding and logo design, and a keen eye for detail. Email marketing design experience is a significant plus. This role requires a high capacity for work and the ability to thrive in a dynamic agency environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and more.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain brand identity for clients, including logo design and brand guidelines.
  • Email Marketing: Design and create visually appealing email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketers, project managers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.
  • Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback into your work.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure your work remains fresh and relevant.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in branding and logo design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with email marketing design is a significant plus.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • High capacity for work and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in our Boca Raton office.
