There is NO cap on your income. We expect the right person for this job to bring home a nice paycheck after a year of hard work-- followed by more years with even significantly more income, because our program is set up to reward achievers. We don't re-assign accounts to others, we don't re-align territories, and we don't put hindrances in your path. You would be working directly for our Managing Partner, who would serve as your coach and mentor.


WHAT KIND OF SKILLS and EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?

  • Are you comfortable providing solutions to CEOs and other senior execs? This is a 'must have'.
  • At least five years' business to business sales experience and skills.
  • Initiative, drive and tenacity.
  • Solid experience within a vertical market you and we would mutually select that you're comfortable with (such as a facet of technology, finance, gaming, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, etc).
  • A track record of success.
  • Be competitive in all that you do winning through execution, delivery while building trust is what we are all about.

In running your own “Desk” you will report to the Managing Partner. You will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts.

  • Generate a pipeline of job orders in the IT, finance, accounting, gaming (Brick & Mortar and Interactive)
  • Leverage, penetrate and grow new and current existing clients of iNtegrity+
  • Schedule 10-12 meetings per week with existing and new clients (in person & video calls)
  • Source recruit and fill jobs when needed.
  • Entertain, acquaint yourself with iNtegrity+ C-Suite, clients and orgs in the company as well as develop new client relationships.
  • Submit 5-10 candidates weekly when in need on iNtegrity+ orders
  • Travel at 10-20% visiting gaming clientele of iNtegrity+
  • Increase iNtegrity+ footprint in gaming through sales, marketing and building strong relationships based of execution, delivery, and trust.
