As an Insurance Agency owner, Co-Founder, David Watson, understands firsthand the challenges insurance agents face daily. What You’ll Be Doing at RiskAdvisor:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the marketing goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine content creation, distribution, and promotion strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the co-founders to analyze RiskAdvisors’ current marketing funnel and customer acquisition process making recommendations for improvements
  • Ability to be hands on from conception to execution


 What You Bring:

  • Experience in the insurance and SaaS sectors with knowledge about the sales cycle and industry-specific objections.
  • 5 – 10 years of related marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, performance marketing, email marketing, content, and social media.
  • Assist in developing pipelines through inbound opportunities.
  • Proven ability to drive marketing projects from start to finish.


Compensation:

Compensation will be tied to your experience. The salary range for this position is $85k to $125k.


We are setting up an Employee Stock Option Plan that you will be eligible for, as well.
