Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Marriott Lexington Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for planning and managing the overall sales and marketing strategy for our Full Service hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve optimal occupancy and growth in existing accounts
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel sales division, including direct sales efforts, follow-up, and proper sales administration and training
- Recommend sales forecasts, marketing strategies, and annual budgets for the hotel
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience or equivalent education and experience
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and general computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
