  7. Staffing and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members. Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet business needs and manage labor costs effectively.
  8. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
