Qualifications:

- Experience administering global benefits plans

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- In-depth compensation design and administration experience

- Experience assessing positions under FLSA exemption guidelines

- Proven ability to lead a team

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a story with data

- Influence and guide leadership partners throughout the organization


Job Duties:

- Lead the strategy and execution of all benefit programs with a focus on global expansion

- Lead the design and administration of all benefit, retirement (401k) and wellness programs and initiatives

- Oversee annual administration of benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and all refinements to compensation, benefit, and retirement plans

- Prepare Board of Directors/Compensation Committee materials, including analysis of market/peer company compensation practices and proxy statement preparation in partnership with our external advisors and senior executive leadership

- Ensure compliance with existing and forthcoming legislation regarding compensation, benefits, and regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA.

- Lead retirement plan advisory committee, including preparation of quarterly and annual meeting materials

- Manage vendor par tner relationships globally, including but not limited to benefits, retirement, LOA, and ergonomics
