The Junior IT Specialist will support our IT infrastructure, contribute to data analysis and reporting, and assist with technical support tasks. Responsibilities:

As a Junior IT Specialist, you are helping to minimize the need for outsourced service support and start to bring it in house.

-You will help to spearhead initiatives ie) creating a new ticketing system to replace outsourced vendor's existing system

-Roughly 10% of your work week will be focused on desktop support and AWS support to roughly 65 users

-Working on Case Management system

-General IT tasks: vendor and inventory management

-Running custom reports

-Creating custom databases and database management

-Bug fixes



Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a go-getter attitude and proactive outlook and will have a variety of experience with the following:

-Development experience; specifically PHP

-Tableau

-SQL Database

-AWS

-Python

-Help Desk Support

-ML and Predictive Analysis experience preferred


Bonus: If you have security and MSP experience.


*Candidates must be local to Alpharetta, GA and be willing to go onsite 5 days a week.
