Job Title : IT Technician/Desktop Support


Job Description

  • Initial triaging and basic hardware, software support.
  • Triaging and escalating issues in Slack channel, over the phone, and in Service-now for our IT team.
  • T1 Support users remotely in slack channel.
  • T1 Support users remotely over phone.
  • T1 Support users remotely in our ticket system Service-Now.
  • Password resets and multifactor reset/setup.
  • Responsible for escalating to the proper team members/teams.
  • On-site shipping & receiving of hardware for new hires and break/fix machines.
  • Imaging machines (Mac and PC)
  • Inventory and asset management.


Location : Onsite – Overland Park, KS 66211


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between 58k annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
