Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Director level person to drive growth in the North America West region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in SAP services or SAP license sales, particularly in opening new territories or expanding small markets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem and the ability to co-sell with SAP's sales teams and industry advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow our presence in the Western U.S.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with prospective clients, focusing on SAP S/4HANA transformation opportunities.
• Leverage your existing network within the Retail sector to accelerate sales cycles and drive revenue growth.
• Clearly articulate the business benefits of SAP S/4HANA and our service offerings to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP's sales teams and industry advisors to co-sell solutions and close joint opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of business development experience in SAP services or SAP license sales.
• Experience in opening new territories or scaling a small market.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA benefits and the ability to communicate them effectively to business and IT stakeholders.
• A demonstrable network of customers in the Retail sector is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with SAP sales teams and industry advisors to drive joint sales opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
