Key Position Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming, passionate, and professional experience for Juliska and Capucine De Wulf
  • Motivate, inspire and educate the retail sales staff
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Manage product features, storytelling, visual merchandising
  • Manage inventory – pricing, markdowns
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, incentives
  • Manage POS system and sales data reporting
  • Engage the local community and tourists with store events and workshops
  • Support Registry sales and brand experience for couples visiting the store
  • Support Trade success for designers, hospitality, event planners.
