If you are a drywall estimator please read on

We are a commercial drywall subcontractor in Florida. We have offices in Orlando and Tampa. We are looking for a estimator with drywall experience for both of our offices. Ideal candidate will have experience with commercial projects.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify requirements and scope
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information
  • Identify ideas for cost reductions
  • Provide mentorship for estimating interns

What You Need For This Position

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
  • 3+ years estimating experience
  • Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, etc.
  • EDGE or Onscreen Takeoff (preferred)
  • Communication and organizational skills
