The pivotal role of Production Team Lead involves unwavering dedication to directing and overseeing the production process. Based in Duncan, SC, our Assembly/Welding department seeks a hands-on leader, and this position requires an on-site presence. Cytiva envisions propelling the advancement of future therapeutics from the initial discovery stage to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Work with supervisors to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement effective countermeasures
Welcome and train new associates, consistently advocate for quality throughout the production process, and serve as a valuable resource for all production-related matters

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing with experience with SAP, or other ERP, specifically in a manufacturing environment
Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team to drive the success of the production process

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

We're looking for someone who can comfortably lift 35 lbs. daily and handle extended periods of bending, lifting, sitting, and standing

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a cleanroom environment
Expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance with ISO standards and maintaining process integrity in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
