Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a real estate paralegal at William H. Albornoz, P.A. in Coral Gables, FL. The real estate paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, due diligence, and commercial and residential real estate tasks on a daily basis.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Legal document preparation and due diligence skills
  • Title Insurance and leases knowledge
  • Experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions
  • Ability to create limited liability companies and corporations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Spanish and English fluency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
