Title: IT Delivery Manager I

Location: Detroit Mi (Remote).

Engagement Description:

· Manage multiple projects concurrently, up to 4-5 projects

· Projects may include business, operational and/or technical team members.

· Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects using a formal project management methodology.

· Must adhere and align to all required processed and procedure.

· Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.

· Develops detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.

· Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.

· Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.

· Meets with and presents project status to senior level mgt. as well as customers as needed

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

· Strong Project management experience

· Strong Attention to Detail/Organization

· Excellent Communication skills

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in leading projects

· Able to lead a project team of at least 20-30 team members.

· Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels

· Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

· High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required.

· Experience working in Sharepoint.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

· Health Insurance industry experience.

· Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members.

· Ability to present to groups of people.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi

· Experience working in PlanBlue

Education/Certifications – Include:

· Bachelor's degree required
