Position: Marketing Client Services

Location: Memphis, TN

Type: Full Time

Rate: $50k to 60k/Per Annum


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Client Services to join our client’s team which top financial institution. While having Series 7 and 66 licenses is advantageous, they are not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in management systems.
  • Educate clients about account services, features, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
  • Gather required documentation for new accounts, service requests, and transactions.
  • Coordinate marketing events and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Upkeep marketing materials, including brochures, pitch books, and online content.
  • Furnish the team with a comprehensive activity calendar, highlighting key events, meetings, and deadlines.



Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of client service experience in the finance industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations is desirable but not required.
