Salary: $110-160k/yr + 20% annual bonus

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients while expanding our market share in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry.


As a Business Development Manager, you will manage existing client relationships and serve as a liaison between the business and our customers. While this role offers the option to seek out new clients, it is not a requirement.


Company Size: We are a contract manufacturing company based in China, specializing in mass production for various consumer electronics brands. HQ in Shenzhen, China, and established in 1995. We started in the US in 2008. Currently, the US division has around 30+ employees with a production facility and 2 offices in Cupertino.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for all product lines and existing accounts.
  • Client Solutions: Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach and share.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the consumer electronics manufacturing or electronics manufacturing services industry.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the consumer electronics manufacturing market in the United States.


Interview Process:

2-3 rounds total. There will be an initial interview, HR round, and final with the Director or GM. Bay Area candidates will be asked to do an on-site for the final interview.
