Program Manager/Release Train Engineer


What You Will Do:


* Lead multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART)

* Provide Agile coaching to those in the Agile teams (Product, Engineering) within the various Scrum /SAFe activities

* Partner with the Product Owner and Engineering teams for backlog refinement & prioritization of work for team backlogs

* Play an active role in PI Planning supporting multiple agile teams

* Support Release Train Engineer (RTE) w/in the ART, attending Scrum of Scrums

* Understanding / Analysis of Sprint Metrics to help facilitate team effectiveness, efficiency, maturity

* Support/Participate in RTE/Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP)

* Facilitate unblocking impediments and tracking/managing risks, dependencies for agile teams

* Be able to drive and explain your team’s analysis to executives

* Be comfortable operating with uncertainty, know how to create order from chaos

* Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authority
