Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Security Benefits Center in Kentwood, MI. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Sheets
