In this role, you’ll be the clients' main point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve client experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and track interactions


Qualification

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or client relations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
