We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, public events, and school dances, ensuring that every occasion is memorable and stress-free for our clients. Role Description
We are looking for an Event Assistant who thrives in adding excitement to special occasions and helping events run smoothly. Ideal for someone with a passion for events, this role offers weekend and evening hours in a fun, dynamic environment. This part-time, on-site role primarily focuses on supporting event setup, guest engagement, and providing logistical assistance to ensure events operate seamlessly. Event Assistants are responsible for transporting self and small event equipment to our clients event location, setting up and operating sound, lighting, video and photo booth equipment at events, assisting guests, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during events.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, guests, and event staff.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments, and maintain flexibility with weekend and evening availability.
- Basic technical skills to assist with event equipment setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
