- Monitor suppliers' achievement of performance goals, service levels and metrics according to contractual commitments
- Maintain supplier compliance, execute Governing Agreements and renewals; manage and improve supplier diversity, supporting ESG and DEI goals
- Understanding of contract management, employment laws and various types of contingent workers
- Negotiate professional services engagements
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing the complexities of a global program
