Job Summary:

As a Benefits Coordinator at LEVR Health, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our West Coast clients. You will handle data entry and manage social interactions with associates, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. This role requires a dynamic individual who is willing to travel, engage directly with customers, and work collaboratively with both internal and external teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Frequently travel by car to client sites throughout the West Coast region.
  • Engage face-to-face with customers to address inquiries related to benefits, online portal, and payroll.
  • Record feedback from customers and branch Service Coordinators regarding any issues affecting their experience.
  • Report and escalate client concerns to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Educate branch Service Coordinators on the LEVR Health program and updates to benefits.
  • Identify potential issues impacting customers during branch visits and provide recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email as needed via call center interface.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver expert client support.


Requirements:

  • Residence in the LA area.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
  • General understanding of the US healthcare system, including appointment scheduling and insurance coverage.
  • Clear and positive communication skills.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborative and customer-facing demeanor.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
