Pay Range: $68 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and Developers to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.
  • Strong presentation skill, and effectively demo designs to larger groups, including business and legal partners.
  • Ensure ADA compliance and implement best practices in all design work.
  • Work with the research team to define research objectives and apply insights.
  • Utilize analytics and survey platforms to make data-driven design decisions.
  • Leverage Client design system and components to create cohesive design solutions.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills:UX Designing, Figma, ADA standards/Accessibility standards .
  • Online portfolio with UI/UX case study.
  • Expertise in Figma.
  • Proficiency in ADA/Accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience in the Finance/Banking industry.
  • Analytical skills with prior experience with Client/Adobe analytics and A/B testing platforms.
