Job Summary:


The Senior Designer at Delta Beverages LLC will be a crucial contributor to shaping the brand’s visual identity, working on a wide range of design projects with a hands-on approach. While this position involves creative leadership, the majority of the role will focus on execution. You will work closely with the Creative Director and oversee one graphic designer, ensuring that all design outputs align with Delta Beverages’ brand vision and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Hands-on Design Execution: Lead the creation of digital and print designs, including product packaging, website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.


  • Brand Development: Ensure consistency in visual identity across all channels, creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that resonate with our audience.


  • Collaboration & Support: Partner closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Director, and Social Media team to ensure cohesive design strategies that align with broader marketing campaigns.


  • Mentorship & Feedback: Provide mentorship to the Graphic Designer, offering creative guidance and direction on design projects while maintaining a hands-on role in execution.


  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with the ability to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities.


  • Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle design challenges by proposing innovative solutions that align with brand guidelines and respond to emerging trends.


  • Vendor Coordination: Work with printers and other external vendors to ensure accurate production of physical design materials.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in hands-on design roles.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with strong skills in both digital and print design.
  • Experience working on CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or beverage brands is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, with particular emphasis on hands-on execution across digital and print platforms.
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion, balancing creative leadership with direct execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior design staff, although the role is primarily focused on personal execution and collaboration.
  • Ability to work on-site M-F in Charlotte, NC HQ office.
