As part of our growth strategy and commitment to engaging with our audience, we are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as the XL Pro Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator.


Pay: $22+DOE

Position Overview:

The XL Pro Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills, a passion for social media, and a keen understanding of marketing principles.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

5. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to track the progress and effectiveness of social media efforts.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

7. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.

8. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

9. Assist with other marketing activities and projects as needed.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience 3 years working in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the Staffing Industry.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
