Who we are:

The INDUSTRIAL event space (theindustrialvegas.com) is one of the most unique venues in Las Vegas We are located 3 minutes from The Strip and Downtown. Our building has hosted everything from corporate parties, trade shows, weddings, concerts, and much more. Some clients include Amazon, Ferrari, Sony, and many more. We build custom events for all of our clients.


The Role:

Our Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our sales team.


The Director of Sales position drives new business development and strategy promoting the INDUSTRIAL event space as the premier and unique event space in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for directly driving event sales to have the highest occupancy of the venue. This includes all different type of events at our space.


This person will be responsible for:


-Identify New Business: Responsible for researching and creating new opportunities for all types of events at the INDUSTRIAL event space. Identify new business in all markets. Work with current contacts and resources to draw more events to the venue. A large focus on Corporate Events

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the event sales department

-Work and successfully execute sales quota

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of events

-Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies

-Plan and assist with different internal departments to ensure succesful events

-Present to existing and future clients the services and opportunity at our venue


We are looking for:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, hospitality, or related field

-5+ years of direct sales experience and production, preferably in event/hospitality industry

-3+ years in the event/hospitality industry

-Must be able to work in a high demand sales environment

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • -Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRMs related to hospitality


Schedule: 40+ hours/week
